Room Set Up Diagrams

Room set up will play a major role in the audience response. While I will do everything I can to work with whatever room we are in, selecting the best room is always a wise choice. If the meeting is going to be in a hotel or conference center, it will be beneficial to be in a room that is not adjacent to another meeting room. Of course, this is not always possible. My workshops are loud! When we have to “turn it down” because we are disrupting the meeting next door, the energy in the room declines greatly. Many times conference centers will leave a “buffer room” available in between our session and another meeting. If this is a possibility, we will want to pursue it.
