Room set up will play a major role in the audience response. While I will do everything I can to work with whatever room we are in, selecting the best room is always a wise choice. If the meeting is going to be in a hotel or conference center, it will be beneficial to be in a room that is not adjacent to another meeting room. Of course, this is not always possible.
