Students have a major impact on school climate. Student leaders often have great ideas that can improve their peers attitude and environment at a school.
Phase II of Breakthrough includes:
- Evaluating the school climate/environment
- Brainstorming skills and strategies
- Working with administration and staff
- Creating a plan for positive change
