• Email address—if different than the one used to initiate the inquiry
• Group or organization
• Your position with the group or organization
• Best number to contact you
• Location of event
• Background information on target audience including group size and age range of participants
• Preferred date(s)
• Additional helpful information—conference theme,
  closest airport if a flight is required, past presenters, etc.

IMPORTANT:

Occasionally, my speaking schedule makes it difficult to reply in a timely fashion,
or an email inquiry gets caught in a filter.
