The CTC program is designed to be efficient in terms of set-up and delivery and that has made my life easier as an AD. Instead of simply naming captains and sending them on their way, this program provides student leaders with the skills and tools necessary to become great leaders and to help ensure that our teams have seasons full of significance. “
